The vQm Plastic Barrier Liner is an extremely strong and flexible high-barrier liner designed for use inside FIBCs. It is manufactured from 7- or 9-layer barrier film, including PA/EVOH/PA structures, and is available in thicknesses ranging from 110 to 200 micron.
The multilayer construction combines high puncture resistance and excellent elongation properties with very low oxygen transmission. Additional barrier additives can be incorporated where increased moisture protection is required.
The vQm Two-Way Valve is permanently sealed into the liner, providing a secure connection point for vacuuming and gas flushing.
The flexible construction allows easy handling while reducing the risk of tearing during filling, transport and use.
Combined with the Conditioning units, the liner can be used for vacuuming and gas flushing to create Modified Atmosphere Packaging inside the FIBC.
The liner is manufactured in a BRC food grade production environment, supporting its use in packaging applications for food and agricultural commodities.
