vQm Carton Liners are strong, flexible high-barrier liners designed to fit inside cartons.
The liners are manufactured from 7-layer barrier film, including PA/EVOH/PA structures, with a typical thickness between 115 and 200 microns. Dimensions are tailor-made to suit the required size of cartons, including C48 cartons.
The multilayer construction combines high puncture resistance with excellent elongation properties, helping the liner withstand filling, handling and transport without tearing.
The integrated vQm Two-Way Valve provides one secure connection point for vacuuming and gas flushing. Combined with the vQm Conditioning Unit, this allows Modified Atmosphere Packaging conditions to be created directly inside the liner, helping protect the product against moisture, oxidation, mould and insects during storage and transport.
The Wrapping Liner is manufactured in a BRC food grade production environment, supporting its use in packaging applications for food and agricultural commodities.
